Heart-Data is led by CEO and General Manager, Grant Barth, who has 30+ years in the strategy and branding industry with experiences across multiple industries and countries. He has worked extensively in Asia and in particular Japan. His ability to pull teams together, work to clear strategic goals and deliver the highest quality work against a clear timeline is the foundation of the Heart-Data way of working. His expertise in knowing how to find and action the insight is at the core of Heart-Data’s D.I.G. Methodolgy.

Grant leads the Heart-Data team which is made up of a collection of fractional executive experts located across the globe that have a passion for “moving forward” into the future and embrace the task of taking brands and ideas into the future.
